Journey to Gluten Free

Today this was my lunch.

I thought I would miss breads ... especially my favourite sandwich .... fresh chicken breast, sliced tomatoes, broccoli sprouts and hummus, but no I am totally sated by these foods.

Homemade hummus (no sour cream), medium hot salsa, a few corn tortillas & homemade quinoa salad with black beans, onions, peppers, cucumbers and a light dressing of lemon juice, olive oil, sea salt & peanut butter. All followed by a small portion of balkan yogurt & green tea.
