Happy Mothers Day!

Have you taken a moment to think about your mom, or made that quick phone call to her to tell her how important she is and that you love her.

This is the woman who nurtured you, who was up all night with you when you were sick, who bandaged up your cuts & scraps, who always loved you. A mothers' love is deep, abiding and always there no matter what ....

Today, I feel fortunate to be able to wish my mom Happy Mothers Day. After her ill health for a few weeks, she is doing so much better ..... and this year, I am grateful that I still have her with me to tell her Happy Mothers Day.

Thanks Mom, for wiping my tears, for fixing my boo boos, for making my bed every day so I could get into lovely crisp sheets to sleep at night, for making meals to nurture me, for sticking up for me, for enjoying and celebrating my successes, for giving me hugs when I needed them, for telling me you love me, for showing me how to be a good wife and mother, for holding my hand when I was going to fall, for always believing in me, for telling me I could do anything, for encouraging me in whatever I chose to do, for trusting my judgement, for giving me wings when I was ready to fly and for always being there when I needed you.

A Mothers Love

A Mother's love is something that no one can explain,
It is made of deep devotion and of sacrifice and pain,

Happy Mothers Day to my girl who is now the mother of my four beautiful grandchildren.

Here is Sebrina with her daughter Gabriella who makes four generations of strong, independent women in our family.
